糖果进口报关，一般操作时间：
1、前期商检备案——国外发货；需要10-20个工作日（备案可以提前办理）
2、码头换单——缮制报检报关资料；需要1-2个工作日
3、商检出通关单——进口报关；需要3-5工作日（交税、海关查货、抽样）
4、海关放行——商检抽样——出卫生证书——流通销售；需要15-20个工作日
进口糖果的中文名称的确定：
1、以糖果品种名或厂商名命名的，以该糖果或厂商的中文名命名；
2、以产地命名的，以其中文译名命名；
3、以品牌命名的，为了中外文发音的对应，一般以音译汉字命名。
另注：如果是采用木托，还必须审核出口国出具的“熏蒸证明”。

3. For the sake of corresponding pronunciation between Chinese and foreign languages, those named after brands are generally transliterated Chinese characters.
Note: if wooden pallet is used, the fumigation certificate issued by the exporting country must also be examined.
