3.糖果，巧克力进口代理首先办理标签的咨询报告取得认监委的合格进口代理允许。
4.产品得到允许后发货需办理标签备案。
5.寻求报关公司代理为其进行办理商检抽样报关等事宜。
6.取得中***验检疫局的合格证，产品加贴中文标签即可出售。
