4：客户提前提供国外合同、INVOICE、装箱单、相关-证书原件；
5：安排国外发货到大陆指定港口；
6：货到码头后进行迅速跟船公司换单，进行报检、报关；
7：海关出税单后缴税放行，安排运输送至客户仓库；
8：商检总局进行产品后续检验检疫，检验合格后出具卫生证书及购买CIQ标志，货物准
