XL-PSD Batch pre-expander is a full automatic production line which include Filling, expanding, drying, sieving, crushing and conveying.

Feature:
1. It is a multifunctional machine not only for once pre-expanding but also for twice.
2. It adopts PLC programmable controller from Japanese OMRON and touch screen to ensure the reliable work. The main spare parts are products from famous factories.
3. The inner and outer insulated shell of the expanding chamber are made of stainless steel, so it can s***e more than 50% energy than the continuous pre-expander.
4. Efficient screw conveyor and electronic weigher attach to the expanding chamber.
5. Density Self-correcting mechani*** attached with blower filling device, rational container, temperature sensor, pressure tran***itter and electronic weigher to control the density of pre-expanding. The first pre-expanding density range from 10kg/m³ To 40kg/ m³ . The second range from 4 kg/m³ To 8kg/m³.
