厚板型矫正机He***y straightener
特点
1.矫正轮使用实心轴承钢，高频热处理后研磨、镀硬铬，经本机矫正后光滑平顺无压痕，不损材料表面。
2.本机可单独使用，同时可配合MT型、MTD型自动送料架一并使用，效果良好。
3.本机采用大型气缸压料，矫正调节采用同步蜗轮、蜗杆调节。手柄转动一圈，矫正上轮仅下降1mm可作精细的
调整。

- Straighening wheel adopts the solid bearing steel,miling and plating hard chrome after the higt frequency heat treatment,material is ***ooth,flat and non-scratching to the material surface after straightened by this machine.
- lndividual use,or working together with MT or DBMT auto uncoiler for better result is possible.
- Material pressing adopts the big scale air cylinder;straightening adjusting adopts the synchronous worm wheel and the worm;the straightening top wheel drops 1mm after turning the handle one circle for the precise adjusting.
- With high rigidity mechanical structure and big horsepower output,high speed and stable feeding to improve the production efficiency and prolong the equipment life span.
