模头换网部分采用不停机液压快速换网装置，操作方便、生产效率高。
模头采用内加热式，具有调模容易、膜片厚薄均匀、流速一致、热利用率高、省电等优点。
片材的厚薄采用风刀调节控制。
Function
The machine mainly uses in manufacturing PP,HIPS,PS,PE foil and other packing material for vacuum forming industries.
It is featured in good mould ability due to the large L/D ratio of the screw in the extrusion unit.
The machines use advanced hydraulic pressure high speed net changing fitting without stopping the machine, so the operation is convenient, the function is excellent and it can improve.
The mold of head inside is featured in easy mould adjusting,equal sheet thinkness,c***tant flowing speed, high hot utilization, energy s***ing and so on..
Sheet cutting machine can auto-work such as cutting into slices with settle length, counting number by adopting the micro-computer and laser-pressed control.
The thickness of the foil is controlled by air cutter.
