The work process of this device:
1. The speed sensor getting the forklift driving speed and displayed on the screen.
2. When the forklift driving speed reaches the set value (Normally the value is set to 5km/h), the flash warnning light start to work to remind the forklift driver.
3. If the driver does not slow down and continue to accelerate to the second speed (normally the second warning value is set to 10km/h), the device will work and the horn will speak loudly: Attention! You h***e exceeded the speed limit.
4. If the driver does not decelerate the speed ina certain period,(Normally, the period is set to 10 second), the magenetic valve of the oil pump will work, the oil supply will stop , and then the forklift will stop running automaticly. Now the forklift is in a lock status.
5. The forklift can not re-start, before the manager use the remote controller releasing the lock status.
6. Then the manager may release a warning letter to the forklift driver, and ask him formally to take care of driving speed.
