If the trademark is not yet used in USA, it is necessary to prepare this Statement of Intend to Use. If the trademark is currently used in the USA in business activities, this fee can be eliminated.
(The fees c***ists of preparing the statement of Intend to Use, obtaining execution and filing statement with Patent and Trademark Office)
如商标尚未在美国使用，那就必须准备一份将会使用哪个商标的声明。如商标已在美国使用，费用便可免除。

Note: Before getting the certificate, three specimens or photo of the marks on goods (for goods mark ) or on ads literature (for service mark) should be submitted together with first used date in any where and in interstate or international commerce within half year time. The date can be the same.
