二、适用范围：
1、电子元件生产、电池（电瓶）生产、酸洗作业车间、实验室排风、冶金、化工厂、医药生产厂、涂装车间、 食品及酿造、家具生产等。
2、用于大风量、低浓度的废气工况或间歇作业中准备回收利用的***工厂车间。
三、装置结构和特点：
本装置主要包括：吸附罐、冷凝器、分离器、曝气器、主排风机等设备，配有进出口阀，炭层超温报警自动降温装置及电控柜等。
本净化装置可根据生产工艺设定单罐和双罐，间隙性生产一般设立单罐；连续性生产设立两个吸附罐，一只吸附，一只脱附，也可两罐同时使用。装置的进出风口设 置手动阀门，操作简便可靠。本装置采用低压蒸汽为解吸介质，高沸点的溶剂解吸时可配备蒸汽过滤器，提高蒸汽温度。两罐也可同时吸附，定期同时解吸，处理风 量可增加近一倍，对于间歇性生产可减少***和占地面积。
四、工艺流程及原理：
吸 附过程：由于固体表面上存在着未平衡和未饱和的分子引力或化学键力，因此当此固体表面与气体接触时，就能吸引气体分子，使其浓聚并保持在固体表面，此现象 称为吸附。利用固体表面的吸附能力，使废气与大表面的多孔性固体物质相接触，废气中的污染物被吸附在固体表面上，使其与气体混合物分离，达到净化目的。
本吸附装置是利用活性炭具有很多微孔及很大的比表面积，依靠分子引力和毛细管作用的特点，使有机气体蒸汽和挥发性物质吸附其表面，又根据不同物质的沸点， 在蒸汽、热风或真空等状态下，使吸附物质析出。本装置采用蒸汽为解吸介质，解析出的***蒸汽与水蒸汽一起，通过冷凝器凝结，进入分离器分离，利用重度 回收***。

五、用户选用需知
1.装置的废气进口温度应低于50℃，如高于50℃的废气需增加空气冷却装置，冷却后进入吸附罐。
2.用于喷漆作业等产生的含有较多颗粒粉尘废气净化，废气应先对颗粒物进行过滤净化。
3.当吸附的***沸点较高（120℃以上）时，可采用蒸汽过滤器，提高解吸蒸汽温度
4.如没有蒸汽供应时，可随净化装置专门配备小型电热蒸汽发生器。 1. Summary:

Three. The structure and characteristics of the device:
The device mainly includes: adsorption tank, condenser, separator, aerator, main exhaust fan and other equipment, with import and export valve, carbon layer overtemperature alarm automatic cooling device and electric control cabinet.
The purification device can set a single tank and a double tank according to the production process. A single tank is generally set up in the gap production; two adsorption tanks are set up in continuous production, one is adsorbed, one is desorbed, and two cans can be used simultaneously. Manual valves are installed in the inlet and outlet of the device, and the operation is simple and reliable. The device adopts low-pressure steam as desorption medium, and when high boiling point solvent is desorbed, a steam filter can be equipped to improve steam temperature. The two tank can also adsorb at the same time, and simultaneously desorb at the same time. The air volume can be nearly doubled, which can reduce investment and occupation area for intermittent production.
Four. Process and principle:
Adsorption process: due to the existence of unbalanced and unsaturated molecular gr***itation or chemical bond force on the surface of the solid, when the surface of the solid contact with the gas, it can attract the gas molecules, so that it is concentrated and kept on the solid surface. This phenomenon is called adsorption. The adsorption capacity of the solid surface is used to make the waste gas contact with the porous solid material on the large surface. This adsorption device uses a lot of micropores and large specific surface area of activated carbon, depending on the characteristics of molecular gr***itation and capillary action to make organic gas vapor and volatile matter adsorbed on its surface, and the adsorbate is precipitated in steam, hot air or vacuum according to the boiling point of different substances. In this device, steam is used as a desorption medium, and the dissolved organic solvent vapor and water vapor are analyzed. The condensers are condensed into the separator and separated into the separator, and the organic solvent is used for he***y recovery.

Five, user selection needs to know
1. the exhaust gas inlet temperature of the device should be below 50 degrees. If the exhaust gas is higher than 50 C, the air cooling device should be added, and then the adsorption tank can be entered after cooling.
2. for spray paint operati*** and other particles containing more dust and exhaust gas purification, exhaust particulate matter should first be filtered purification.
3. when the boiling point of the adsorbed organic solvent is higher (above 120 degree), steam filters can be used to improve the desorption temperature of the steam.
4. if there is no steam supply, a ***all electric steam generator can be specially equipped with the purification device.
