关于活性炭吸附箱、活性炭吸附净化装置:

     活性炭吸附净化装置,常用于有机废气的深度净化或高价有机溶剂回收。以大比表面积、高吸附性能的活性炭作为吸附剂,吸附净化有机废气,排出干净的空气。当活性炭达到饱和临界状态时,采用水蒸汽或者惰性气体进行解吸再生,再生的活性炭继续使用,而解吸出来的有机废气,实际是浓缩了的有机废气流,如果有回收价值,可进一步做回收处理;如果没有回收价值,一般用热力氧化(RTO)或者催化氧化(RTO、光氧化催化等)进行最后的净化处理。

      如果是间歇排放的有机废气,一般选用一个活性炭吸附床即可;如果是连续排放的有机废气,要装置两个活性炭吸附床,轮流交替吸附、解吸。

      对于生产过程高于40℃的有机废气,系统中一般会增加冷凝器,对高温有机废气流先冷却干燥后,再吸附浓缩净化。


活性炭吸附净化装置的应用:

广泛应用于各种工业有机废气处理,例如印刷有机废气处理、喷漆有机废气处理、造纸厂有机废气排气处理、镀膜加工废气处理、各种电子厂排气净化处理、半导体厂排气净化处理、锂电池厂的废气净化处理、以及大型研究设施的通风橱排气净化处理等等。

可净化的有机废气种类:苯类、醇类、酮类、酯类、汽油类等有机废气。

可用于低浓度、大风量的有机废气净化;同时也可以用于高浓度、间歇排放的有机废气净化。

 

关于喷淋吸收塔、湿法尾气净化塔:

也叫喷淋净化塔、化学洗涤塔。其原理主要是根据臭气的成分利用不同的化学吸收剂,作为洗涤喷淋溶液与气体中的臭气分子发生气一液接触,使气相中之臭味成分转移至液相,并利用化学药剂与臭味成分相中和、氧化或其它化学反应去除臭味物质。化工厂废气处理的好方法。

常用的吸收剂有水、洗油(碳氢化合物)、乙二醇醚、次氯酸盐溶液、碱液、酸类、氨水、亚硫酸盐溶液、高猛酸钾溶液、过氧化酸等

化学吸收液从塔顶往下喷淋,废气向上流,臭气与吸收液充分接触、反应而被去除。吸收液与废气流量比例(液/气比)一般为1:3 L/m3,填料高度一般为2~5米,气体空塔流速一般为0.5~1米/秒。操作良好之填充塔,除臭效果可达到90%以上。

喷淋吸收塔、湿法尾气净化塔的应用:

可应用化学洗涤方法处理臭味物质包括有机硫化合物(硫醇、硫醚)、含氮化合物(胺)、有机酸、酚、甲酚、乙醛、醇类、含氯化烃类有机废气、含氧碳氢化合物、含卤化物等废气物质。

常用于无机污染物的净化,例如含HCl、SO2、NOx、NH3等废气的吸收净化。

适合用于污泥处理、食品、石油、化工、制药、纺织、涂层等行业的尾气净化、有机废气治理、VOC净化About activated carbon adsorption box, activated carbon adsorption purification device:

For the organic waste gas which is higher than 40 C, the condensers are generally increased in the system, and then the high temperature organic waste gas flow is cooled and dried first and then adsorbed and purify.
Application of activated carbon adsorption purification device:
It is widely used in all kinds of industrial organic waste gas treatment, such as printing organic waste gas treatment, spray paint organic waste gas treatment, paper mill organic waste gas exhaust treatment, coating processing waste gas treatment, various electronic factory exhaust purification treatment, semiconductor factory exhaust purification treatment, lithium battery plant waste gas purification treatment, and large-scale research. The organic waste gases can be purified: benzene, alcohols, ketones, esters, gasoline and other organic waste gases.
It can be used for purification of organic waste gas with low concentration and large air volume, and can also be used for purification of organic waste gas with high concentration and intermittent discharge.

Also called spray purification tower, chemical washing tower. The main principle is to use different chemical absorbents according to the composition of the odor, as the contact between the washing spray solution and the odor molecules in the gas, to transfer the odor components in the gas phase to the liquid phase, and to remove the odorous substances from the chemical reagents and the odor components and the oxidation or other chemical reactions. A good method for treating waste gas in a chemical plant.
The commonly used absorbents are water, oil (hydrocarbon), ethyl two alcohol ether, hypochlorite solution, alkaline solution, acid, ammonia, sulfite solution, high potassium acid solution, peroxide acid, etc.
The chemical absorption liquid sprays down from the top of the tower, and the exhaust gas flows upwards. The odor and the absorption liquid are fully contacted, and the reaction is removed. Absorption liquid and exhaust gas flow ratio (liquid / gas ratio) is generally 1:3 L/m3, packing height is generally 2~5 meters, gas tower flow rate is generally 0.5~1 M / sec. The packed column with good operation can achieve more than 90% deodorizing effect.

The chemical washing methods can be used to treat the odor substances including organic sulfur compounds (thiols, thioether), nitrogenous compounds (amines), organic acids, phenol, cresol, acetaldehyde, alcohols, organic waste gas containing chlorinated hydrocarbons, oxygen containing hydrocarbons, halides and so on.
