1.塑料造粒光氢离子净化处理设备
    该设备核心中的纳米光催化触媒材料(GC-100)是一种吸收光能后,能在其表面产生催化反应的物质,其功能类似于植物的叶绿素。当特定纳米波长的紫外光照射光催化触媒材料(GC-100)时,其表面发生光催化氧化还原反应。光催化触媒材料(GC-100)吸收光子后在其表面产生电子(E—)和空穴(H+),将吸收的光能转化成化学能,即具有光催化作用。当光催化触媒材料(GC-100)与空气中的水接触时,表面就吸附H2O、O2、OH—,H2O、 OH—被空穴(H+)所氧化,O2被电子(E—)还原,反应室如下:H2O+ H+ → OH. + H+ O2+ E— → O2-OH—基团的氧化能力较强,使有机物氧化,***终分解为水和CO2。

    采用生物菌,生物菌性能、净化效率、减少二次污染、达到***环保标准,一个重要原因在于环境保护的综合考虑。
    3.塑料造粒大型等离子烟气处理设备

Application of activated carbon adsorption purification device:

The chemical washing methods can be used to treat the odor substances including organic sulfur compounds (thiols, thioether), nitrogenous compounds (amines), organic acids, phenol, cresol, acetaldehyde, alcohols, organic waste gas containing chlorinated hydrocarb***, oxygen containing hydrocarb***, halides and so on.
