3.应用
· Sn63 和 Sn62 合金烙铁咀温度为350°- 400 oC (650°- 750°F) 之间，Sn /Ag 和Sn /Ag/Cu 合金烙铁咀温度为370°-425
oC（700°- 800°F)之间。
· 持烙铁与工作面保持45°至60°角。
· 烙铁应连接元器件引脚和PCB 焊盘表面。
· 焊材和松香应该流到引脚和焊盘上或者引脚和导通孔内，用于促进发挥松香活性的连接任务。
· 如果需要额外助焊剂时,建议使用AIM 的助焊剂点涂笔用于***点涂,除去过度饱和的扩散。

2.Description:
SN100C® is a lead-free solder alloy developed by Nihon Superior in Japan. SN100C® offers user-friendly properties and has been proven in commercial production since 1999. The addition of nickel improves the wetting and flow properties of the cost effective tin-copper eutectic. This makes it possible to achieve excellent results in w***e soldering at process temperatures comparable to the tin-lead solder it replaces. Performance in w***e soldering at least matches that of more expensive silver-containing alloys and the resulting joints are ***oother and brighter. SN100C® is ***ailable in bar, solid and cored wire, and solder paste.
