二手机器人进口报关通关流程及注意事项概括
一：企业在进口二手机器人前首先确定国外货源及贸易条款，根据机器人的不同用途归类确认进口商进口该产品的海关HS编码。目前因为机器人种类用途多样化很多公司贸然申报往往会出现错误导致清关的过程中耗时耗力产生不必要的成本。
比如：喷涂机器人（列名单一功能）：面漆线底漆喷涂机器人由机械臂、机械传动装置、气动装置柜、电控柜、机器人控制器、漆料管路系统及喷杯组成。该喷涂机器人的用途为用于喷涂车身外表面底漆和清漆，喷涂过程是利用高压静电喷涂技术使雾化好的油漆自动吸附到车身外表面，达到成膜的目的。机器人可按照预先编制好的运动轨迹，通过伺服驱动器控制机器人各轴伺服电动机，从而带动机器人机械臂进行喷涂。喷涂工作由机器人与漆料管路系统配合完成。喷涂过程中漆料管路阀门打开，并将漆料输送到机器人机械臂内，通过集成在机械臂内的输料泵输出。经输料泵输送的漆料到达喷杯，机器人喷杯里含有高转速的气动涡轮机和经防爆处理的高压栅，通过涡轮机将油漆雾化成微小颗粒，通过高压栅使雾化后的油漆颗粒带上负电荷，由于车身连接与地相连，为零电势，这样雾化好的油漆在电场的作用下自动吸附到车身外表面，达到喷涂成膜的目的。该商品是一种工业机器人，但其仅具有喷漆的单一功能，应根据其功能归入税目84.24项下，***终其按其它喷射器具归入税则号列8424.8999。

三：二手机器人进口报关流程：主要是进口前进口商企业开通备案审批系统在网上审批——联系海外CCIC检验公司做装运期检验检疫出证（主要是检验设备对环境对人身安全的危害，转动部位加贴安全标示等）——海外检验检疫出证后根据进口机器人的种类HS编码查看监管条件，需要不需要办理进口机电证，如不需要办理可以直接发货到国内指定港口办理清关事宜。如是海关HS编码：8515212090 其他电阻焊接机器人及海关HS编码：8515312000电弧(包括等离子弧)焊接机器人则是需要办理进口机电证，则海外完成检验检疫后国内再办理进口机电证后，才能发货到国内港口办理清关及送货事宜。
四：港口清关主要注意海关查验及海关审价，国外在装集装箱运输前就要留言把设备铭牌位置装运在靠近集装箱门口的位置，因为货物到港口后还给老师会要求开箱查验设备铭牌信息是否齐全，当然这需要进口代理报关公司的***性是否操作过，以免全部掏箱损坏设备及多产生相关费用，欢迎来电咨询。
