科研测试车辆暂时性进出口使用的汽车报关通关流程及注意事项概括：
一：研究测试车辆进口可分为一般贸易进口和暂时性进出口，一般贸易进口直接进口到国内不在出口一般是国内企业进口研究使用，暂时性进出口是企业进口到国内做研究测试后再复运出口一般时间是6个月（6个月后也可申请延期，需要和国外供应商签暂时性进出口协议。）
问：研究测试车辆进口报关暂时性进出口怎么申报延期。
答：中华人民共和国***公告（2007年 第48号）规定：“为落实《汽车产业发展政策》和***、***发展改革委、***2005年第44号联合公告的有关规定，作为货样暂时进境的车辆，自进境之日起6个月内必须复运出境，不得留购，不得延期。测试用车辆及其零配件无论是否损毁，期满必须复运出境”。另，中华人民共和国***公告（2008年 第12号）规定：“测试用暂时进境车辆，按照***相关规定实施必检项目的，如不能在6个月内复运出境，货物收发货人或其代理人应当向暂时进境核准地海关提出延期申请，并提交车辆测试部门出具的相关证明，经直属海关审核同意后，可以延期。在18个月延长期届满后仍需要延期的，由主管地直属海关报***审批；对于非***相关主管部门规定实施必检项目的暂时进境车辆，不能申请延期，期满必须复运出境”。即，只有按照***相关规定实施必检项目的测试用暂时进境车辆，货物收发货人或其代理人可以向海关提出延期申请。

The extended period after the expiration of still needs to be extended to 18 months, the approval by the competent customs directly under the General Administration of customs; for non state regulati*** related departments will implement temporary entry vehicle inspection item, can not apply for an extension, expiration must be shipped out of china". 二：根据中国***质检总局及检验检疫机构相关规定，正常来说进口汽车一般需要办理该产品的CCC认证，即”中国强制性认证”；但是由于科研汽车进口实际用途为科研、测试所需要，满足办理免3C进口的条件；
