施工方法/工具:

接有激光刮板的自动撒播器；
找平后，立即将Sikafloor 2SynTop-1金属地面硬化剂按5kg/m2用量一次性均匀撒播在混凝土上。
手工施工：待表面析出的水蒸发，将Sikafloor®2SynTop-1金属地面硬化剂分两次（***次：3kg/m2；第二次2kg/m2；） 均匀地撒播到找平的混土上。施工粉末时应小心，避免混凝土表面形成坑洼。 施工总用量为5kg/m2。若不注意或向离撒播点2m以外抛洒Sikafloor®2SynTop-1，都将减底终面层的一致性。
压实：***次撒播的材料抹入地板后，立即撒播第二次份量的Sikafloor®2SynTop-1。 Sikafloor®2SynTop-1使混凝土地坪表面硬化得比平常要快。小心修整将要浇捣的邻接边角。 可用手工或电动刀进行收光，封闭孔隙及修平表面。

养 护:

收光后立即用Sikafloor®2SynTop-1（参考产品说明书）封闭和养护Sikafloor®2SynTop-1。 干撒粉料的施工不应在风或气流太大的地方进行。由于基面混凝土天然的差异， 干撒式硬化剂给混凝土的终饰面有局部色差。通过化学老化，防滑性可以增强。

养护常识:

上述数值取决于混凝土达到设计的使用强度，并受环境条件变化影响。

防护措施:

Application Method/Tools:

Automatic spreader in conjunction with a laser screed.
Spread Sikafloor-2 SynTop evenly onto the concrete immediately after screeding at 5kg/m2 in one application.
Manual application;
Allow the surface bleed water to evaporate. Sikafloor-2 SynTop onto the screeded concrete evenly in 2 stages(first stage; 3kg/m2 ; second stage; 2kg/m2) .care should be taken to apply the powder to ***oid cereating ripples etc. In the concrete surface. Overall application rate 5 kg/m2 ; Casting Sikafloor-2 SynTop Powder carelessly or further hean 2 metres from point of casting will reduce the c***istency of finish.
Compactiom:
The first stage should be worked into the slab followed immediately with the sprinking on of the second measurement of Sikafloor-2 SynTop.
Sikafloor-2 SynTop results in the slab surface becoming stiff more quickly than usual. Careful trimming should take place along the edges where adjoining slabs are to be poured.
Final finishing to close pores and remove undulati*** can be achieved either by hand our powered trowel.
Curing:
Cure and seal Sikafloor-2 SynTop immediately after fnishing using Sikafloor-Proseal22 (refer to separate producet data sheet).
The application of the dry shake powder should not be carried out in strong draughts. Dry shake hardeners give a finish to concrete with some colour variation from point to point dre to the matural variability of the concrete onto which they are ip resistance can be enhanced through chemical ageing.

Protective Measures:

During application in closed rooms, pits and shafts, etc, suffcient ventilation must be provided,Keep away open light including welding.
To ***oid rare allergic reacti***, we recommend the use of butyl rubber / nitril rubber gloves,Change soiled work clothes and wash hands before breaks and after finishing work.
Local regulati*** as well as health and safety advice on packaging labels must be observed.

Important Notes:

Residues of material must be removde according to local regulati***. Fully cured material can be disposed of as household waste under agreement with the resp***ible local authorities.
