一、产品概述：
锅炉给水泵流量为25-150m3/h，扬程可达480－1100米。可输送280℃以下的高温清水，适合锅炉给水，工厂及城市给水之用。适于输送温度低于110°C的清水或物理化学性质类似于水的无腐蚀性的其他液体，广泛用于工矿企***的锅炉给水和城市生活供水。
二、产品特点：
锅炉泵是卧式、单吸、多级节段式离心泵。泵的进出口均垂直向上。拉紧螺栓将泵的吸入段、中段、排出段联结成一体。
泵转子由装在轴上的叶轮、平衡盘等零件组成。整个转子由泵轴两端的滑动轴承支承。轴承用润滑油润滑，用循环冷水冷却。转子的轴向力由平衡盘平衡。
轴封采用填料密封或机械密封。在轴的两端设有密封函，内装软填料或机械密封。有一定压力气的水通入密封函起水封、冷却作用。在轴封处装有可更换的轴套以保护泵轴。泵通过弹性联轴器由电机直接驱动，从电机端看，泵为顺时针方向旋转。
三、工作条件：
卧式多级离心泵主要适用于城市高层建筑给排水及消防用水、工厂、矿山给排水、远距离输水、生产工艺循环中用水、暖通空调循环、生活用水等多种用途。
●卧式多级离心泵适用于输送清水及物理化学性质类似于清水的物质，其固体不溶物体积不超过单位体积0.1℅，粒度≤2㎜。
●卧式多级离心泵介质温度∶-15℃～80℃
●卧式多级离心泵工作压力∶系统压力≤3.0MPa。
即：系统压力═入口压力+泵工作时的压力≤3.0MPa。
●周围环境的温度应低于40℃，相对湿度应不超过95℅。
●由于本型泵主要部件均为铸铁材质，因此所输送介质应无强腐蚀性。
注∶如介质带有细小粒或具强腐蚀性时。

First, product overview:
The flow of boiler feedwater pump is 25-150m3/h, head up to 480-1100 meters. It can deliver high temperature water below 280 centigrade, which is suitable for boiler water supply, factory and urban water supply. It is suitable for transporting other liquids with clear water or physical and chemical properties similar to water without corrosiveness at temperatures below 110 degrees C, and is widely used for boiler water supply and urban living water supply in industrial and mining enterprises and instituti***.
Two. The characteristics of the product:
The boiler pump is a horizontal, single suction, multistage segmental centrifugal pump. The inlet and outlet of the pump are all vertically upward. The tightening bolt combines the suction section, the middle section and the discharge section of the pump into one.
The pump rotor is composed of the impeller and the balance plate mounted on the shaft. The whole rotor is supported by the sliding bearing at both ends of the pump shaft. The bearings are lubricated by lubricating oil and cooled by circulating cold water. The axial force of the rotor is balanced by the balance plate.
Packing seal or mechanical seal is used for shaft seal. At both ends of the shaft, there are sealed letters, with soft packing or mechanical seals. The water which has certain pressure gas enters the sealing letter and plays the role of water seal and cooling. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft. The pump is driven by the motor directly by the elastic coupling. From the end of the motor, the pump is rotating clockwise.
Three. Working conditi***:
The horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is mainly applied to various uses of water supply, drainage and fire fighting water, factories, mines, water supply and drainage, long-distance water conveyance, production process circulation, HVAC cycle, domestic water and so on.
The horizontal multistage centrifugal pump is applicable to transport of water and physical and chemical properties similar to water insoluble solid material, the volume of not more than 0.1 percent per unit volume, particle size less than or equal to 2 mm.
The medium temperature of horizontal multistage centrifugal pump: -15 C ~ 80 C
Pump working pressure: the horizontal multistage centrifugal system pressure is less than 3.0MPa.
Namely: the system pressure one entrance pressure + pump when the pressure is less than 3.0MPa.
The ambient temperature should be below 40 degrees Celsius, relative humidity should not exceed 95 percent.
Since the main components of this type of pump are all cast iron, the medium should not be strongly corrosiveness.
Injection: as a medium with ***all particles or strong corrosivity.
