一、产品概述：
冷凝泵用于火力发电厂输送冷凝水及其它类似于冷凝水的其它液体。本泵有较好的吸入性能。冷凝泵是利用低温表面冷凝气体的真空泵，又称冷凝泵。冷凝泵是获得清洁真空的极限压力***低、抽气速率***大的真空泵，广泛应用于半导体和集成电路的研究和生产，以及分子束研究、真空镀膜设备、真空表面分析仪器、离子注入机和空间模拟装置等方面。因其洁净无污染、效率高、抽速大、高可靠性等突出优势，被广泛的应用于科学研究实验室、乃至工业生产等众多领域。

三、安装：
1、开箱后检查泵和电机，如果证实没有任何因装、卸和运输过程中造成的损坏和紧固连接件松动，泵的进出口封盖完好，无污物等进入泵内，则可直接送到使用现场去安装。
2、安装泵的基础平面应用水平仪找平，待基础水泥凝固后，将泵安装在基础上，并用水平仪校正底座，应严格检查泵轴和电机轴的同心度，联轴器外圆偏移允差0.1毫米，两联轴器端面间隙一周上***大和***小的间隙差别不得超过0.3毫米。
3、泵的吸入管路和压出管路应设有支撑，不允许管路的重量直接由泵来承受，检查管路，仪表等接口处密封是否良好。

Three. Installation:
1, open the box and check the pump and motor. If there is no damage due to loading, unloading and transportation and the loosening of fastening connectors, if the pump's inlet and outlet seal is in good condition, no dirt and other components enter the pump, it can be directly sent to the installation site.
