整机采用不锈钢卫生级标准，标配德国西门子（或法国施耐德）***控制系统，确保运行稳定，可靠。智能式操作界面，使整机操作起来简单方便。

设备由以下几个部分组成：
Machine component:
薄膜上料部分：该部分是由左右（左边为底膜右边为覆膜）各1套气涨轴、纠偏机构、压力传感机构组成。
Film feeding system: this department is c***isted of (left bottom film right cover film)air shaft, correcting mould ,pressure sensor. Left and right (each one set)
薄膜加热部分：将左边底薄膜加热到一定温度，使薄膜在模具中更容易被拉伸。
Film heating department: heat up the left bottom film to certain temperature , make the film more easy to be stretched)
薄膜覆水部分：由于薄膜是水溶性的，将一定水量均匀涂抹在覆膜上起到粘合剂的作用，使底膜和覆膜牢固粘合。
Film covering department: due to the film is soluble , certain amount of water evenly coated on the film to play the role of adhesive, so that the bottom film and film adhesion.
灌装部分：由我公司自主研发生产的灌装泵与灌装头组成。
Filling department: made up of the filling pump and filling head researched by our-self.
主模具部分：在一个直径是450mm、宽度是320mm的圆柱体上的圆周上28等分、宽度5等分，加工140个凝珠模型，模型底部有微型小孔连接真空管、真空泵。
Mainly mould: On a circular cylinder with a diameter of 450mm and a width of 320mm, the width is equal to 5, the length is equal to 5,handling 140 laundry mould pods, at the bottom of mould, there is micro pipe connected with vacuum tube , vacuum pump.
压膜部分：将覆膜覆盖在已有底膜在主模具中已拉伸并通过灌装泵注入液体的主模具上，使上下薄膜粘合牢固、液体不渗漏。
Press film department: covered in the existing bottom film in the main mould, the By filling the liquid pump into the main mold, that the upper and lower film adhesion firmly, the liquid does not leak.
切膜部分：由纵向和横向一组模切滚刀组成。
Film cut department: Composed of a set of vertical and horizontal cutting hob
输送带部分：将从主模具中切落的洗衣凝珠传输出设备。
conveyor belt department: transfer the laundry pods out of the equipment.
